Cancelling your switch request
If you decide you wish to cancel switching to us, simply return the cancellation form within 14 days of your switch – this is called the Cooling Off Period.
Save the form and email it to us at cancellations@ecotricity.co.uk or post it to us at Lion House, Rowcroft, Stroud, Gloucestershire, GL5 3BY
Or you can call us on 0345 555 7 100 or email us at cancellations@ecotricity.co.uk saying you’ve changed your mind, giving us your name, address and account number.
We’ll then email or write to you to confirm your cancellation.
Moving out?
If you’re moving out of a property and Ecotricity is your energy supplier, let us know by clicking the link below. You can either take us with you to your new home or we’ll get everything ready to close your account on your moving date.
