If you've just moved into a home that Ecotricity supplies, please use the form below and we'll sort out what needs to be done.

So that you only pay for the electricity you use (and not the previous occupier’s), please include a meter reading below for the date when you take responsibility for your home.

About the move

Have you been supplied at a previous address by Ecotricity?

By providing details of a previous residence or customer account number we will be able to use your existing customer details.

Helpful for your first bill

Pay for only the energy you use - enter a meter reading or readings for the day you took responsibility for your home.

Please note we can only accept meter readings 4 days either side of your responsibility date to open the account accurately.

Payment details

There are several ways to pay, but the easiest for you and us is by Direct Debit.

You’ll be sent a new key and/or card by post shortly. This can be used to top up your meters automatically.
