The purpose of this document is to set out Green Britain Group’s policy and approach in conducting its tax affairs and managing tax risks, this document needs to be published because the Green Britain Group exceeded the relevant thresholds in the year ended 30th April 2025. This document was approved by Green Britain Group’s Board of Directors on 30th April 2025, in line with HMRC’s guidance, this policy will be reviewed annually, and any amendments will be approved by the Board of Directors.
