We’re proud to announce that Ecotricity has won the Best Customer Service Small Supplier 2026 award in the Uswitch Energy Awards 2026.
The Uswitch judges said: “Ecotricity took the customer service award among small suppliers, with customers highlighting how easy it is to get through to someone who can actually help.”
Uswitch commissioned a poll of 15,019 UK energy customers via YouGov between 5 March and 24 March 2026 to determine the nominees and winners for the Uswitch Energy Awards.
So, this award comes directly from our customers, from people who have used our customer service and loved it. Making it even more valuable!
