We’ve topped the Citizens Advice Performance Rankings for business energy

What makes this meaningful, beyond the recognition itself, is the context. Citizens Advice is one of the UK’s most trusted independent consumer organisations. They don't hand these rankings out on the basis of marketing claims.   

Instead, four times a year they assess the number of complaints the largest business energy suppliers receive through the Citizens Advice Consumer Service, The Extra Help Unit, and Energy Ombudsman Service. Then the lower a company scores, the better their complaint handling and customer service.
