Ecotricity will be exhibiting at the Homes for Good exhibition in Exeter on Friday 18th and Saturday 19th February. Organised by Somerset Trust for Sustainable Development (STSD), the event will include seminars, demonstrations, competitions and shed loads of information about how to make your home eco-friendly.
The two day exhibition will provide information on natural and recycled building materials and home furnishings. You can learn about designing, building, refurbishing, decorating and furnishing your home in ways that won't cost the earth.
You can also find out more about rainwater harvesting, landscape design, solar power, wind turbines, natural paints, cob walls, energy efficiency, timber frames, water saving, architects and there's even a children's WIN a Bike! competition.
And to top it all, Kevin McCloud, presenter of Channel 4's Grand Design programme, will make a special guest appearance.
We'll be on stand no 57 with a 6ft tall wind turbine model, a time lapse video of our Somerton turbine being constructed and lots of time to answer any questions you have about switching your home to green electricity.
Hope to see you there...
