Lincolnshire's first two wind turbines and the first to be built under the government's Renewables Obligation scheme.
Built in 2002, this was also the first wind park Ecotricity built with more than one windmill. Located at a water treatment works belonging to Anglian Water.
Building the first windmills in any part of the UK is always a big step towards change. It gets green energy on the local agenda, provides green electricity to local residents as well as acting as an active reminder of the advantages of wind energy and how we need to change the way we power our future.
