Ballymena, County Antrim

Michelin's wind park in Ballymena is our first project in Northern Ireland. Michelin loved the wind turbines we built for them in Dundee so much they’ve come back for more and two new windmills will help power their tyre factory with 100% green energy.

Another excellent example of our ‘Merchant Wind Power’ scheme. Building windmills on-site to generate green electricity as well as cutting costs and carbon emissions at the same time.

The two wind turbines will power the factory directly by generating enough green electricity to power the equivalent of over 1,500 homes a year all from clean and renewable wind power.
