Ecotricity's ethical gift guide
With Christmas drawing near, it’s time to start thinking about what to buy friends and family. We thought we’d lend a hand and give you a list of our favourite partners and their top gifts.
Boston Tea Party
This great café offers gift cards from £5 up to £200, so you can treat your loved ones to a nice coffee and cake, or a full three course meal. Brilliant for that person who’s really tricky to buy for in your office Secret Santa.
Got a foodie in the family? Treat them to a Riverford recipe box. Starting from £24, you get everything you need to make two or three delicious meals.
Lush are one of our favourite partners. Their bath bombs smell incredible, and most of their products are vegan. The gift sets make great presents, and they gift wrap them for you too!
You might not know that Oxfam have an excellent online shop, which sells loads of cool stuff – from brand new homeware to second hand woolly jumpers. It’s a great place to get the perfect gift on a budget AND help a charity who do some brilliant work.
The Vegan Cakery
If you’ve got any vegan friends who can’t have a bowlful of Christmas pudding, why don’t you give them a kit to make their own delicious vegan cake?
The Vegan Kind
The Vegan Kind is our favourite place to go for vegan snacks. A subscription box could make the perfect gift – check out our review of them here. And their online supermarket is also a snack haven. Why not make up your own hamper filled with treats or vegan beauty products?
Here’s one for the Star Wars lovers.
Ethical footwear inspired by the Star Wars saga - what’s not to love?
Who doesn’t like chocolate for Christmas?
Montezuma chocolate is GORGEOUS, and there’s something there for everyone.
