Boston Tea Party
Boston Tea Party has switched to Britain’s leading green energy company, Ecotricity, who provide green electricity generated from the wind and the sun.
The café group based in the South-West of England has switched all of its 19 sites to green electricity as part of its aim to be as sustainable and socially responsible as possible.
Sam Roberts, Managing Director of Boston Tea Party (BTP), said: “Our purpose at BTP is to ‘Make Things Better’, whether that be for our customers, staff or suppliers, but ultimately ensuring that we have a positive societal impact from what we do. Therefore, behaving ethically and sustainably runs through the heart of our business.
“We choose to work with like-minded suppliers and business partners to ensure we are doing our upmost across all areas of BTP to achieve this and Ecotricity are a great example.
“By working together, we can be confident not only that the energy we are using is green, but that we are best placed to learn and share best practice from them as industry leaders in this area.”
