Coca-Cola Enterprises opts for on-site wind energy
Ecotricity and Coca-Cola Enterprises Ltd are working in partnership to submit a planning application to build a single wind turbine at Coca-Cola Enterprises Ltd Distribution and Bottling site near Wakefield.
This will generate clean, non-polluting electricity to power the Coca-Cola Enterprises Ltd site.
If the application is successful as much as 1,800 tonnes of C02 could be saved annually. That’s equivalent to the carbon produced by more than 600 cars over a year.
