 Construction
If a project is approved, the construction process
varies depending on the size of the project. However,
the local community will be kept informed of progress
using an information board system, or an
announcement in the local newspaper.
Commissioning
Once construction is complete and grid connections
have been made, the wind park will be ready for
commissioning. This will involve ‘switching on' the
turbines for the first time, allowing wind-generated
electricity to flow to the grid for the first time. |
