Our Ethical Pricing Policy

For some time now, we’ve been operating our Ethical Pricing Policy. The essence of this is the pursuit of Simplicity, Transparency and Fairness in all that we do. The key elements of this in practice are:

• We offer just two simple tariffs
• All of our customers are always on our latest best price – no matter when they joined us and regardless of how they pay (including customers on pre payment meters) 
• And, our customers are free to leave us if they wish, at any time, with no penalties.

It’s of fundamental importance to us to operate in such a way. Treating people the way we like to be treated ourselves is one of our core philosophies.
