Customer Survey

We work hard to make sure that the service we give to our customers is the best that we can make it. We’ve taken big strides towards that, and earlier this year we asked our customers what they thought in our very first customer survey.

We were knocked-out by the response. Nearly 1,000 customers took part in our survey. This gives a very good indication of what all of our customers think!

The results were great too; here are 3 key measures -

That’s almost three quarters of our customers who thought that we were better than the company they were with before - a pretty good result we thought.

Almost 90% rated our service as excellent which is awesome. We’ve put so much effort into it over the past 12 months and really couldn’t have hoped for a better result.

There’s no better endorsement than recommending to friends and family, we’re chuffed with this fantastic figure.


It’s worth mentioning perhaps that OFGEM released a report recently into customer satisfaction levels of the Big Six and the results of that are in stark contrast to our own. The very best Utility could only manage a 28% satisfaction rating; the worst was a very poor 16%. We’re clearly doing far better than ‘the old guard’ the big six privatized utility companies.

“This shows that we really do put our heart and soul into customer service and nobody does it better."
