If your electricity isn't working the first thing to do is check whether your neighbours have lost power too. If they haven't, it's probably an electrical fault in your home, which means you should call a qualified electrician.
Although you are an Ecotricity customer, your local Regional Electricity Company is still responsible for distributing the electricity to your home. That means, in the event of a power cut, you need to contact them directly.
